To view your voicemail on the Yealink T29G phone, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to the Messages Menu.
To get to the Messages menu through the phone’s main menu, press the “Menu” Soft Key displayed on your phone’s screen. This takes you to your phone’s main menu where you can find a variety of functions and options. From here, use the Navigation Keys to move your selection to the Messages option in the bottom left, then press the center OK key in the middle of the Navigation buttons.
Step 2: Choose the Voice Mail Option
Simply use the Navigation Keys to select the Voice Mail Option in the Messages menu.
Step 3: Select View Voice Mail
Once in the Voice Mail menu, you can View your voicemail or set up your voice mail code which is a passcode used to access your personal voice mail inbox.
Please be aware that your company may have disabled group or personal voicemail inboxes. Contact your supervisor or Creative Computer for more info on this feature.
