To view Call History on the Yealink T29G phone, you may use one of several methods:
Method 1: “History” Soft Key
Simply press the “History” Soft Keys displayed on the screen to go to the Call History menus
Method 2: Up Navigation Key
Simply press the Up pointing Navigation Key to access the Call History menus
Method 3: Through the Menu
To get to the Call History menus through the phone’s main menu, press the “Menu” Soft Key displayed on your phone’s screen. This takes you to your phone’s main menu where you can find a variety of functions and options. From here, use the Navigation Keys to move your selection to the History option in the top right, then press the center OK key in the middle of the Navigation buttons.
Once on the Call History menus, you can use the up and down Navigation keys to scroll though all calls, or alternatively you can use the left and right Navigation keys to view filtered call lists such as Missed Calls, Placed Calls, Received Calls, and Forwarded Calls.
