Your company may have the additional functionality to place calls in designated “Park” spots that are shared across your entire phone network. These can be used as holds, or to transfer calls between phones.

Putting a Call on Park

While on a call, you can place it on a Park by pressing one of the Line Keys assigned to Park. They will be labelled accordingly. Please keep in mind that you cannot transfer a call to Park while it is on hold.

Receiving a Call on Park

While a call is on Park, the corresponding Line Key will change color from Green (Empty/Free) to Red (Occupied/Taken). Pressing that key while not on a call will instantly receive that call to your phone.

Please be aware that your company may have placed a timer to how long a call may stay on Park before it drops or is forwarded. Contact your supervisor or Creative Computer for more info on this feature.
