To use the hold functionality on your Yealink T29G phone, you may use one of several methods:

Method 1: “Hold” Soft Key

While on a call, you can place it on hold by pressing the “Hold” Soft Key. To resume, press the “Hold” Soft Key again, or press the HOLD key on your phone.

Method 2: HOLD Key

While on a call, you can place it on hold by pressing the HOLD Key on the face of your phone. To resume, press the HOLD Key again, or press the “Hold” Soft Key on your phone.

Please be aware that your company may have placed a timer to how long a call may stay on Hold before it drops or is forwarded. Contact your supervisor or Creative Computer for more info on this feature.
