To place calls using the Yealink T29G phone, you may use one of several methods:
Method 1: Dialing the number
- Enter the desired phone number using the keypad on the front face of the phone.
- Either Pick up the Handset to start calling, or alternatively, press the “Send” soft key or speakerphone key to start a hands-free call.
Method 2: Using Line Keys
- Locate the line keys to the left and right of the LCD Screen.
- Press the respective line key corresponding to the phone number or extension you would like to call.
- Call will automatically start.
Method 3: Redialing numbers
- Locate and press the RD Key on the front face of the phone. This brings up the Placed Calls menu.
- Use the Navigation Keys to scroll through your placed calls until you have the number you want to call highlighted.
- Press the Send Soft Key to start the call, or press the OK key to view more information on the placed call.
Method 4: Calling from Call History
- Locate and press the History Soft Key while on the phone’s main screen, or alternatively press the up arrow on the Navigation Keys while on the phone’s main screen.
- Use the Navigation keys to scroll through the various history menus (All, Missed, Placed, Received, and Forwarded until you have the number you want to call highlighted.
- Press the Send soft key to start the call, or press the OK key to view more information on the call.
